Eaga Donates Laptops to Help School

Eaga, have stepped in to help a local school in Doncaster after learning that almost the whole school had been devastating by fire just before Christmas.

Most of Campsmount Technology College in Doncaster was destroyed by fire when 16 fire engines and 80 firefighters failed to save most of the buildings and their contents.

After hearing about the school's - ‘Be a PAL of Campsmount and Pledge a Laptop' appeal, Eaga, part of eaga plc donated 4 brand new laptops to the pupils of Campsmount Technology College in an effort to help the school get its classes back up and running.

Sam Robinson, Social Responsibility Manager said: "We're delighted to be able to help the school, and it's important that the school continues to deliver an outstanding education to the pupils, even during these unfortunate times. We hope that this donation will help the school get back to some sort of normality".

Andy King, Head of ICT, Campsmount Technology College said, "We are extremely grateful for the support we have received from the local business community following the fire, and thank Eaga for their kind donation"
